The little girl was in therpy and the boy was in a residential program as a result of it. I think that goes beyond child play This was a hurting woman looking for support no interagation. The woman was torn because she loved both children and to have her little girl wake her up terrified was devastating. Of course the great judge Les needed all the details about was it penetration? was it consenual? I mean why would a little girl go crying to her mother in the middle of the night because her 15 yr old cousin "bad touched her" if it was consnual. The first 24 hours of losing a loved-one are the most crucial in my opinion. The death of a family member is pain that lasts a lifetime, however, I personally feel that one needs support immediately when learning of the passing of their loved-one. My father-in-law was killed on Christmas Eve by a "bad driver" in Columbus Ohio on 12-24-1999. "I" was the strong one in this home..........my husband was too weak to deal with anything.........he needed MY support, as well as support from everyone that interacted with him. Oddly how his co-workers that he did not get along with suddenly came to his aide to offer their deepest sympathies. It gave him a new out-look on life. This is only my opinion. We are all different people and we all deal differently with our own issues. Lu IS sensitive about what happened to her, just as any woman would feel very sensitive to being violated..........I have been there and done that myself....and I was only a young 14 years of age when I dealt with it...and for me, it got emotionally easier for me when I confronted my demon for once and for all just 2 years ago at the ripe old age of 30. Yes, I feel anger over what happened to me, but I no longer allow myself to suffer over it. I dealt with it. I myself know that if a person, any person had been abusive to me and it hurt me deeply, I would have a hard time mustering up any sympathy if they met with any kind of pain. I also think that if people are honest with themselves, they will agree that they would find it tough as well. I have not been insensitive to Jules and I know she is bright enough to see that, as hard as DM seems to be trying to further her spreading of disease and negativity.
