Baby Safe Haven law
The Massachusetts Baby Safe Haven law was enacted in 2004, to prevent
the abandonment of newborns by their parents. With now five babies
surrendered, it's arguably the most successful safe haven law in the
country. NECN's Stephen Landoli has more.

I was taught not to masturbate publicly. Things must be different in
MA, huh?

Arguably's right, unless it can be proven for sure that those babies
would otherwise have been killed or unsafely abandoned.
Or even abandoned at all.
