ACLU sues to block restrictive Ark. adoption law
By ANDREW DeMILLO
The Associated Press
December 30, 2008

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. -- The American Civil Liberties Union of Arkansas
has filed a lawsuit seeking to strike down a new law barring unmarried
couples from becoming foster or adoptive parents.

The group sued in Pulaski County Circuit Court on behalf of 29 adults
and children from more than a dozen families. The law is scheduled to
take effect Thursday.

The ACLU said Tuesday that among the plaintiffs is a grandmother who
lives with her same-sex partner of nine years and is the only relative
able and willing to adopt her grandchild, who is now in Arkansas'
state care.

More than 56 percent of voters in November supported the ban, said by
its proponents to be aimed primarily at keeping gays from becoming
foster or adoptive parents.

They probably can't block blood relatives using this,
but there is no constitutional right to foster or adopt.
Fosters are paid contractors and have to conform
to many standards not expected of blood kin.

As contractors they have mostly obligations, not rights.

Technically the would be adopters cannot seek
their own legal representation for children they
have not yet legally adopted.

I question the list of kids as legal parties.

The court might bypass that issue for PR reasonss
but legally Fosters and would be adopters
can not speak in any way as legal representatives
of the children until adoption is finalized.

In regard to the gay issue, it's worth mentioning
that the ultraliberals in the socialistic BUREAUCRACY
have been so OVERLY gay friendly that they
have become implicit in a number of ""Child Protection""
horror stories where PEDERASTS and dangerous
whackos were glossed over because of the
overly gay friendly nature of the agencies.

One "single" guy in Oregon was not even a citizen and
was funneled large numbers of boys. Abuse reports
were ignored and he moved to Monterey California
but Oregon continued to send him boys even
though he was out of state!   (How did kids get
weekly parental visits as required by law?)

The reports and evidence that this guy from the UK
was a hard core PEDERAST finally hit the fan.

Apparently he was "indoctrinating" large numbers
of boys into his sexual lifestyle.

A horrible PEDERAST like that was overlooked
because once the IDIOT unqualified caseworkers
knew he was overtly gay they saw him as
a package familiar and friendly, their affinity
deluded them into thinking they "knew" him.

The opposite of homophobia is homophilia.

Liberals desperate not to be homophobic often
patronize homosexuals to the point of homophilia.
This gets them "liberal brownie points" makes
them "better liberals" or "more liberal" and this
hubris can end in even bigger disasters than
homophobia.

The ACLU blatantly projects the agenda of the kook left liberals.
