I just found out the dinner guests I was expecting tomorrow evening are
coming tonight!
argh!
Hubby just phoned to tell me.
Apparantly he spoke to them yesterday and they swapped nights.
(& it took him till now to tell me).

Now, I hate last minute change, especially if *I* didnt make the changes!

I cant do anything about it, Love these people and they are off overseas
on Thursday morning for 7 months.

Sooooooo
Messy house from yesterdays after dinner drop in visitors and an
unplanned dinner for tonight.
I have been really sick this morning.
I think they will be enjoying some local takeaway.

I think they should be enjoying some local takeaway that Vic brings
home with him!  Any chance you can do a bodgy on the cleaning?

Im considering Chinese takeaway, although I do feel guilty as they would
probably appreciate a home cook meal before they depart. (even if it is
my cooking!)
Can kinda sorta bodge the cleaning, Vic has just been informed he will
be vacc'ing & mopping when he arrives home :)
The prob is that these peeps havent seen the new house yet so everyone
always has a good look.

That's awful! And they couldn't even get there on time. Were you able to go
off to bed earlier? It sh.ts me when people either don't know or forget how
tired a woman is when they're pregnant.
