Gonna vent here rather than scream at the kid....

Yesterday Brianna (Angus' teacher) stops me out side class and tells me that
he got deliberately kicked by another child in the class...kicked full on in
the belly I might add hard enough to leave a red mark and scratches from the
kids shoe.

Then today we get home and Angus tells me his back is sore and that the same
kid pushed him into a fence....well Angus has an inch a half long gash on
his back! I've taken photos of it and rung the school now I'm waiting to
hear back from the teacher as to what happened....I am soooo not impressed.

The kid concerned is relatively new to the school. He comes across as rather
undisiplined. The mother was in the class room this afternoon and went out
the BACK door when the bell went! I dont know if it was in an effort to
avoid me but sheesh I'm sick of my kids getting hurt there.

I hope Angus is feeling alright... I can't believe the other kids mother
snuck out the back...
I can't believe how evil some kids are..

What a little bastard! Why didn't this warrant a call to you? Why is this
kid allowed to bully your kid, cause physical harm and BOTH sets of parents
aren't called immediately? A warning once, with a note home, but man, a
second time?!?! that DESERVES a call. I reckon having to sit in front of
you, and being scolded by the teacher/principal as well as his parents, the
kid might just think again about being such a little dick.

Apparantly it happened at lunchtime just as the bell was going and Angus
couldnt find a teacher so he just went back to class. Not having his normal
teacher for the rest ofthe afternoon he didn't remember to tell teh
replacement.

I think so too. Angus was taken to sick bay yesterday after being kicked but
they didnt call me. I would have preffered to bring him home and keep and
eye on him.

Don't think it will help. Without being racist or anthing, the family are of
African origin and it seems the boy can do no wrong IYKWIM.

I dont know if the mother realised I was the parent of the kid her child
kicked but it was pretty suss when she disapearred out the back door. She's
never bothered to talk to any of the other parents there, you kinda feel
like she doesnt want to associate with whites. We say hello and sheshe wont
speak to us....we know she does speak english cause we've heard her talk to
the teacher....weird.

i would be doing some balmain folk dancing of my own.

you need to rant at the prinicpal.  this is a suspendable offence, in
an era of zero tolerance to bullying.
