Hiya. I recognize some names from misc.kids.pregnancy & just wanted to say
hi to the people here who aren't there.

I've been reading the newsgroup for months now and I feel like I know some
of you already.

I'm due on May 27th & I'm planning on breastfeeding for at least the first
year, more likely two.

I just started leaking colostrum, which is exciting. :)

Are you Rebecca Jo from ASD? You look familiar :-)
Congrats & welcome to MKB.

Yes, I am. Do you go by another name there?

Thanks :)

Double congrats on your pregnancy then, that's terrific! :-)
I used to be Mehera on ASD a long, long time ago.

BTW, keeping this on topic, I've found breastfeeding incredibly important in
forging a bond between DD & I. It hasn't made me sane, that would be asking
too much <g>, but it has kept us close when I was feeling distant due to PPD
and issues relating to my previous loss.
I'm glad you've decided to breastfeed, and I hope you find it as rewarding
as I have :-) This group has been a great source of information for me.

:) Thank you. I've liked what I've read in the group thus far.
