Recurrent thrush

Ok.....this is insane...
For over 3 years I had never had a case of thrush and then out of a
sudden I just can't shake this one.....
It's been on and off forever....
I am using Nyaderm on both breasts and it gets better, heals the
cracks and all.....the minute I stop using it I get the cracks and the
pain back.....
I noticed that DS has a diaper rash that looks like thrushy to
me....so I used Nyaderm on him bum and genitals too.
The redness goes away and them comes back...
Should I be taking something orally instead? and what about the kids?
And DH?
At a loss.....

Have you tried Grapefruit Seed Extract or Acidopholis (spelled wrong,
sorry)? Or Gentian Violet...?

I have my second case (once at 3 months, now again at 4.5 months). You
might need to also check your diet...eliminate as much sugar as
possible.
