I'd read recently that eating oatmeal helps milk supply. So I've been
having oatmeal off and on, and wow! My boobs are about to explode. Is
this for real or is it just my imagination?

I know beer is supposed to work too but DD doesn't like beer :( gives
her gas. I do drink Mother's Milk tea daily, just 'cause I need
something hot and she also can't handle caffeine so I figure I might as
well. But the tea doesn't have nearly this effect.

Yeah I've heard that before. Never had to try it. Kellymom says:

It definitely works for me.

Oatmeal works for me.  The tea not so much.

I'd never heard of this, but I'm trying to get a supply in the freezer
so I thought I'd give it a try. This is day three. I did manage to pump
four ounces first thing this morning, which took me all day to do on
and off last week. So between the oatmeal and the pumping (and DS
waking me up all night to nurse!) perhaps the supply is increasing!

I had heard of this, and tried it, it seemed to work for me.  I have also
tried fenugreek - with only 2 capsules the first morning I was full and
leaking the entire day.  I think that day I had enough milk to feed the
entire neighbourhood's kids!

doesn't work for everyone, but oatmeal make me have a huge supply as
well. never tried any of the other galactagogues to see if they have a
profund effect as well.
