My Ds is 18 mo, and I have been  using the Mirena for about a year.  I have
not had a period, since it was placed.  The last two weeks, I have
experienced cramping during bf'ing and the last couple of days my nipples
have been extremely sore and sensitive.  I feel VERY tired.  The last time I
felt like this was when I was pg, and I am wondering if I could be pg even
with the Mirena?  I'm going to get a pg test later today if I get time to
run out, but just wondered what y'all thought?

TIA

Mirena is supposed to be more reliable than birthcontrol pills etc. the
website says 99.9%, which is actually more reliable than sterilisation! So
it's unlikely, but of course you could be the 1 in 1000. What I suspect is
that without mensturation, you're probably not ovulating, so that makes it
even less likely, but given there hasn't been mensturation, onset of
mensturation would probably explain what you are feeling, combine that with
a low grade virus or something and that could account for the tiredness. Do
the test, but the high chance is that it will be negative.

Cheers

If we had a crystal ball, we'd tell you.  Statistics mean nothing when
you are the exception.  We can't tell you for sure... but you knew that
;)  Get a test and let us know how you go :)

Good luck!
