This was so incredibly kind of you I feel really guilty about saying
that I don't think it's going to be any help.  But, alas, the person who
started the thread hasn't posted to it since, even though I e-mailed him
to say I had more details.  Seemed to be more that he was looking for
justification in not prescribing, rather than genuinely trying to find
out more.  (Apparently when a nurse from the Special Care Baby Unit
phoned him and offered to send him information about Domperidone, he
refused.)

But it's very good to have the info - and chances are this query will
come up again at some point.  I'm thinking of writing a blog post about
the issue to summarise the data... having the Hales quote will be useful
for that.

Thank you so much for going to that trouble, anyway.  I really
appreciate it.
