hi there, my youngster has started to chew up her pine cot.

we found teething rails on the market but they only protect the tops
of the  sides.

we are concerned if chewing bits of wood is bad for her or if this is
a phase that all kids go through.

thanks

Is she actually managing to bite off bits of wood? I know my DD used to chew
at all sorts of things (I've got a number of photos of her chewing the
high-chairs we were looking to buy a while back) so I think that's pretty
normal. But if she's actually ingesting chunks of wood, I'd say you should
maybe look for a cot made of a harder wood.

How much time does she spend there?
