Another case of systemic abuse.

Actually I'd like to have a little more facts before deeming this worthy of
comments.

At the moment we have only two points which gives us the assumption that the
woman is in the "wrong" here - one, she "couldn't" afford the fees for a
custody hearing and ran for the hills, and two, she put up an assumed name
for her and her daughter so as to stay hidden.

From the article: "No charges have been filed against the mother"

Don't expect anyone to charge the mother with anything. Law and order is
only for men.
