Education Grants and Scholarships?

My ex is a student, and is receiving about 15,000 per year in grants
and scholarships, while at the same time, her college has waived all
tuition and fees.  That 15,000 was not factored in when we calculated
child support payments.  Will the California courts consider this
income or not?

With the kalifornia kourts ANYTHING is possible. But one thing is for
certain, they will only harm you.
