The Virginia State Bar has opened complaints against the following
three Virginia DCSE employees at the Winchester, Verona and
Charlottesville Offices of DCSE (in addition to the TWO at
Manassas)...the 12/13/05 minutes from the UPL Committee meeting state
that the Virginia State Bar expects "probable litigation" against DCSE:

No it won't. They'll follow the Catholic molestation model, and it'll
work for them too.

That's why I filed, independently of whatever the State Bar does or
doesn't do, a Petition for a Writ of Quo Warranto against DCSE
yesterday in my local Circuit Court...it's a proceeding identical to
the one Al Gore filed in Florida to contest the validity of the 2000
Presidential Election...it allows me to ask a court to determine the
legal of individuals practicing a profession requiring licensure
without have said license.
