Child; Our contribution to Society. A male gamete from your father's sperm
won the marathon to fertilize your mothers's waiting egg. It was chance of 1
in ~3 million. The bundle of chromosomes in that gamete produced the best
swimmer. If instead of "natural" fertilization the male gametes and the
female eggs are captured by needle and mixed in a pet-re dish; the slower
spermatozoon and a random female egg are united. The chromosomes of the
fastness swimming spermatozoon are not is not in the match, and a less that
optimal zygote results. Nature produces the best fit. A National Institutes
of Health study suggests that the region of the brain that inhibits risky
behavior is not fully formed until age 25. our "Child" before age 25 should
not be allowed a license to commercially drive a vehicle with passers and to
operate machinery that has life threatening possibilities. Our child will
walk off into the future with the shadow of the two of us.

Yes, but we have no problem sending them off to war to get killed for some
mysterious noble cause that old men invent for their dreams of power &
glory.
