Duke Revisited: Rihanna abused Chris Brown
David R. Usher
Posted on Mar 25, 2009
The broadly-publicized altercation between Rihanna and Chris Brown is
evidently a one-man rerun of the horrific abuses involved in the Duke rape
case. The entire feminist media has fully ignored Rihanna's actions while
mobbishly hurling the classic feminist domestic-violence powerplay at Chris
Brown (and the imaginary violent patriarchy out there).

Here is the truth of the matter. Evidence suggests that Rihanna is the
abuser and should be the one being prosecuted. Rihanna grabbed his cell
phone, went through his text messages, and went into a rage of jealousy over
a text message from his former manager that Rihanna thought was a come-on
(according to the paparazzi, she is very much the jealous type).

One of Rihanna's showbiz trademarks is her stilettos. She took her stilettos
off and started beating Brown on the head, while Chris was driving.
Stilettos are weapons capable of inflicting serious injury and puncturing
the skull. That is assault with a deadly weapon. Attacking the driver of a
moving vehicle is very dangerous as well.

When one is driving a vehicle and is attacked by someone in the car, what do
you do? You pull over and tell them to get out. That is what Chris Brown
did. Rihanna refused to get out, claiming in the police report that she
could not get out because her seat belt was on, and continued her attack on
Brown. He ended it by slamming her hard up against the door.

I have not yet seen a seat belt that could not be removed in one click. That
is a red flag that Rihanna's allegations are not trustworthy.

The police department failed to do their job properly preparing the police
report. Police are supposed to get statements from both parties so the
prosecutor has something to work with. In this case, police only got Rihanna's
novelesque story, forming an incomplete police report, upon which the
prosecutor filed felony charges against Chris Brown.

Prosecutors no longer have a case, and could be facing a lawsuit from Brown
for malicious or false prosecution. So the prosecutor moved the first
hearing on the felony charge to April 6. They pursue the same insistent
strategy that brought down Duke case prosecutor Mike Nifong: keep on
prosecuting in hopes of avoiding suit for false prosecution.

Meanwhile, Rihanna is refusing to testify against Brown. This is her only
option: if she takes the stand it will be shown that she initiated the
altercation and should be the defendant in the case. That would destroy her
career and perhaps give Brown a national come-uppance the feminist machine
will do anything to avoid.

Rihanna is now quietly cozying up with Brown and recording another CD with
him in hopes the whole thing will go away. She is using her body and the
feminist-racist advocacy complex to manipulate Brown into the apparition of
violence and irresponsibility men are supposed to assume fulfilling their
proscribed servile roles within today's oppressive feminist-Black welfare
society.

Now, for my "Oprah" moment. Alexander Hamilton once said, "Those who stand
for nothing fall for anything".  He should tell it like it is and stand up
for the truth. Brown would be a fool to continue his relationship with
Rihanna. It is pretty well known she has a massive drinking problem. Alcohol
is the primary driver of spousal violence. If he continues this relationship
he will be continually abused, and have to take the blame for her erratic
behavior again and again.

Chris: Go find yourself a nice down-to-earth non-Hollywood gal who hates
feminism and knows the value of having a good husband. Go have a good
marriage with her. The game Socrates described when he waxed "My advice to
you is get married: if you find a good wife you'll be happy; if not, you'll
become a philosopher" has changed substantially. Today, if you float around
in the feminist hook-up scene too long you will likely end up in jail a
broken man and sued for every penny you have. And, do not forget to sue the
daylights out of the prosecutor and police for pressing a lopsided case that
never should have been filed in the first place.

Where did you hear this from? You do realize that it is a complete
rumor, right? The MND is the ONLY "news" sorce that says SHE starte
the assualt. I'm sure if CB had been assualted with a pair of heels he
would have had the marks to prove it, not just some cut up knuckles.
Here is a link that has the details of the report, and what was heard
by her assistant on the other end of the phone.

On Thursday, March 5, the same day Chris Brown appeared before Los
Angeles Superior Court commissioner for a hearing in his battery case
that involves Rihanna, TMZ made public a copy of the LAPD detectives'
legal documents that give detail description on the assault he
allegedly did to the "Umbrella" hit maker during their major argument
on February 8. According to a search warrant in the case, text message
from another woman that Rihanna found on Chris' phone was the trigger
of the couple's blow-up.

It is claimed in the search warrants that Chris and Rihanna were
driving in his rented Lamborghini when she read him a three-page text
message from an unidentified woman. An argument reportedly was quick
to ensue, during when Chris tried to force Rihanna out of the vehicle,
but failed because she was wearing a seat belt.

Chris then allegedly shoved Rihanna's head against the passenger
window and struck her several times when she turned to face him as he
continued to drive. The alleged assault resulted in Rihanna's blood
splattering on the interior of the car and her dress. "I'm going to
beat the s--- out of you when we get home. You wait and see!" Chris
reportedly threatened Rihanna.

At some point during the altercation, Rihanna called one of her
assistants and told her to call the police. "I am on my way home. Make
sure the cops are there when I get there," so the songstress told her
assistant. Chris allegedly replied, "You just did the stupidest thing
ever. I'm going to kill you." The detective's notes, furthermore,
mention that Chris continued to punch Rihanna, bit her ear and
fingers, and put her in a headlock, almost causing her to lose
consciousness.

Eventually, Rihanna began screaming for help and Chris got out of the
car and walked away, leaving her alone inside the vehicle. A nearby
resident heard Rihanna's plea for help and quickly called 911, which
later on resulted in Chris' brief arrest.
