Divorce was final January 3rd. Orders where to sell the house and then
make the resulting split 50/50. House wouldn't sell and ex wouldn't
help hang on to it or take name off so it is foreclosed. Now ex
doesn't want to pay her half of the remaining debt. What do I do now?

You may need to file bankruptcy to discharge your liability for the debt.
You could try suing her for her share of the debt; however, I doubt that
you'd ever recover anything.
If there is a signed court order issuesd by a Judge, and she is in
violation of that order, then you need to go back to court and ask for
the Judge to enforce the order.
If the Judge was silent about the possbile sell-short on the house as
a result of forclosure, then you can go back to court and argue that
since proceeds were to be split 50/50 that, by logical extension, any
short-fall be split 50/50 also.
If you decide to go back to court, then you need to ask the judge to
spell out clearly for your ex in his order the penalty she will suffer
at the hand of the courts should she fail to meet her court ordered
obligation. This will save you a trip back to court a third time to
get your dead-beat ex-wife to pay up.
For example, my dead-beat ex tried to assert that I should shoulder
100% of ALL marital debits. There were substantial debits, and no
assets to speak of. The court not only ruled that she must pay her
half of the marital debit, but also that should she fail to do so she
would forfeit the right to collect ANY spousal support. The judge saw
right through her, and was about as BLUNT as he could be without using
foul language.
Ya know, for a woman that was crying poverty, she produced evidence to
the court of full payment of her half of marital debits within 2
weeks! I guess she was not prepared to have the court turn off her
"spousal support" gravy train. :)
