He was fired from his job as a social worker for molesting a child. Ken
often claims to have a degree in child psychology.  His curriculum
vitae lists a BA and MS in this field, issued by Shaftesbury University
in London, England.  However, upon closer scrutiny, said university is
not accredited in England or in the United States.  This link leads to
the CV that Ken used to represent himself with on a Texas lawyer's
referral web site.  The link was sent to us by his daughter, Megan.
(Yes, the stripper.) After he was exposed, he began to WILDLY claim that
David Moore had forged the CV.  The truth is that the organization
KICKED Ken to the curb and forbade him to ever post his information
there again.  Pangborn claims in one breath that Moore is penniless, yet
also claims that Moore paid to have this CV uploaded to the web site.

university is well-known as a “diploma mill”.  Webster’s Third New
International Dictionary defines this term as follows:  “An institution
of higher education operating without supervision of a state or
professional agency and granting diplomas which are either fraudulent or
because of the lack of proper standards worthless"

Ironically, Ken has often bragged about the work he has done in Oregon,
despite the fact that diploma mills are illegal there.

contains an article regarding another consultant who “graduated” from
Ken’s “alma mater” and was charged with fraud.  An investigation into
this matter by the state of Pennsylvania concluded that Shaftesbury
University “is not recognized, or accredited, in the United Kingdom or
the U.S.”

Ken Pangborn is using fraudulent credentials to pass himself off as
"qualified".  He is a liar.  Never hire him.  Don't.  You will regret it.
