I went through a divorce several years ago and since I was going to be
working out of the country I thought it best to let my wife have full
custody with the understanding that when I came back we would work
towards joint. Now that I am home and settled in she refuses to enter
into an agreement for shared  parenting. Does anyone know of any good
sample shared parenting plans out there? Also I am having trouble with
her allowing/ showing up on time for visitation. She keeps trying to
place all these restrictions on visitation (he can only go to church
with her***she is Mormon*** even on my visitation weekends) this
doesn't seem right and I don't really know what I can do about it.
Anyone have any suggestions?
