Would an unofficial seperation agreement worksheet signed by a notary be
considered valid and enforcable by the court?  The document having in bold
letters "This Is An Unofficial Worksheet".

This is the last thing to do if possible.  We elaborated a document that
will be submitted to court as an annex to our divorce request.  I don't
think that you need a notary.  It depends on the juridiction; in our case,
there is no contest (I'd be a fool not to accept that I (A) don't pay CS,
(B) have 50/50 physical custody, (C) kept my retirement funds, (D) bought my
house under market) and being separated for a year is sufficient as a motive
to grant a divorce.

It takes two to dance and I came to conclusion that my wife is just another
woman who will never know what she wants, except the ever changing obsession
of the moment.
