Im convinced the high rate of divorce amongst Christians is due , mostly, to one or both partners not being called to be Married by God. Marriage is still the wonderful institution that God created, but, with todays issues and challenges...it is more difficult to have a successful one. Most (if not all ) divorced people are distrustful of the opposite sex for the first 1st year or two after divorce . Some get over it ( over time ). Some don't . It's not just a woman thing .
