Sheesh - what's up with this Don - did any of the fosties you 'trained'
to be state jailers go on to murder, rape, or abuse our children ?

Stop taking children from safe homes and placing them with murderers.
Please.

City man accused of killing 2-year-old

SALISBURY -- A man with a violent criminal history was in police custody
Wednesday, accused of murdering a 2-year-old girl in his care.

Edson Lamont Brown, 44, of Salisbury was arrested Wednesday morning on
charges of abuse and murder in the death of Kyla Edwards. The girl was
in the foster care of Brown's girlfriend for several months prior to her
death, said Wicomico County State's Attorney Davis Ruark.

Brown's girlfriend, who was not identified by authorities, had left him
to care for the child while she was out of town Tuesday. She found the
girl to be unresponsive when she returned home, Ruark said.

She and Brown transported the girl to a convenience store on Route 13
just north of Salisbury and flagged down police who were conducting a
traffic stop at that location.

Two deputies escorted the vehicle to Peninsula Regional Medical Center,
where the girl was pronounced dead at 6:45 p.m. -- about an hour after
she arrived.

The medical examiner determined the child died as a result of blunt
force trauma to the abdomen that caused intestinal rupture and severe
bleeding.

"This was one of the most difficult things I've seen in my 22-year
career in law enforcement," Wicomico County Sheriff Mike Lewis said. "It
was heartbreaking to see the child laying there on that stainless steel
table with those injuries."

Law enforcement agents determined Brown had been caring for the child at
the time of her death and a warrant was issued for his arrest at 2 a.m.
Wednesday. The Wicomico County Sheriff's Office called him in for
questioning and arrested him shortly after.

"When I saw him, his demeanor was very matter of fact," Ruark said.

Brown, who has a criminal history that includes robbery and domestic
abuse, is being held without bond. He faces charges of second-degree
murder, child abuse resulting in death and first-degree assault. The
child's foster mother has not been arrested.

"This is a child that had no benefits that the rest of us have had,"
Ruark said Wednesday. "To be murdered under these circumstances when she
was placed in an environment where she should have been safe is tragic."

Officials said this is the second child murder to occur in the city this
year and the first in several years in the unincorporated portion of the
county.

The case is being investigated further by the Maryland State Police
Homicide Unit and the Child Advocacy Center.

Trained?

As far as I know Don wasn't a caseworker. How could he place children?

Ah, the old abusive boyfriend number. Now where have we heard of this
before where CPS stepped in before it got this bad, eh?

Kane, you ARE Don, and you said you trained Fosters.

You were involved, so much you had to be admonished to be less so.

Provide your proof.

I did, if you wish to expand the meaning, 'train' relatives by
supporting them in their attempts to foster and adopt.

Admonished? To be less involved? Are you chugging again? Or huffing today?

Don told me he was asked to discontinue the website, and move all the
records to the NorthWest Adoption Exchange website manager. I presume he
did so. He said he then found his account closed before he could delete
the website pages off the FTP accessed server. He then requested the IT
people in charge of it remove the site for him.

When he ran the URLs they did not open his old pages, so he naturally
presumed they were taken down as requested.

Apparently they had them in a backup folder on the server, or another
one, or we wouldn't have seen a spider find and produce a link to them.

That's my understanding of the technology issues involved, and Don's
involvement. He managed a website. He didn't place children. He closed
it when asked, and the children didn't disappear. They just went to
another web page run by someone else under contract to the state, I
presume.

You seemed to have missed that above.

In other words, you don't wish to discuss the issues, you want to
"prove" I'm a caseworker. So far you haven't. Nor will you ever, despite
what your stupid buddies try to convince you of.

That's an awful lot of back pedaling to do for someone ELSE!

And you should be SO PROUD that as YOU said, you
set up Donald Fisher to be your ""false trail"" after
people figured out it was you!

Of course, it never occurred to anybody just how stupid
it would be for you to set up a friend and allie as a ""false trail""
and to be so outraged that ""they"" might get some grief.

You're some sort of secret agent!     ROFL!
Do you have a shoe phone like Maxwell Smart?

Kane and I frequently avail ourselves of the Cone of Silence... what?

Explanation in answer to your questions is backpeddling?

Would you mind if I applied that to your answers, as few as they are,
when I ask you a question?

What's pride got to do with utility?

What makes you think there was a time line issue?

What's an "allie?"

What makes you think I knew how criminally minded folks could be from
your side of the argument?  Until it was too late?

> You're some sort of secret agent!     ROFL!

I am? I must be a good one, since I don't know that I am. Now that's
going undercover. <chuckle>

> Do you have a shoe phone like Maxwell Smart?

No, but I keep a roll of toilet paper I had printed with photo on it.

Nearly out. Have to get some more.

Greg, what you and your cronies haven't figured out is the outcome of
all your 'expose the agent'
efforts.

But then none of you are very good at thinking, and especially not at
thinking ahead. You don't even recognize it when your worthy 'opponent'
does think ahead and sets you up for a fall depending on your moves.

I don't have to do a thing. Just watch you make fools of yourselves,
and quite frankly take some very serious personal risks.

Enjoy.

Peddling fits you better than pedaling.

You'll have to take that up with the proper authorities.

Please describe your exemptions from time.

Every "peddler" has one.

That IS puzzling, particularly since in some
of your Commander McBrag moments you
boasted about expertise on such matters.

Of course it might* have occurred to you
before you posted public profanity for over a year, Don!

A HUGE belly laugh, Donald?

You're the one who HARASSED and publicly posted obscenity
for over a year and thought you were immune behind your duck
blind of anonymity.   Oopsie!  you got ID'd!    ROFL!

Great thinking ahead there Donald!

Back to the megalomaniac ominous crap eh?  Ptptpt!
