Dan buddy,

There is just something about you that doesn't add up.  You have made
some of the wildest claims I have ever seen regarding Child Protective
Services, in one single thread alone.

I personally think that you are completely full of sh.t.

And I am sure others in this group will agree, as the following is
undisputible proof of my claim that you are completely full of sh.t.

Here is your one opportunity to prove otherwise.

Dan Sullivan - Prove this claim…
DS > And their failure to comply with their own rules and regulations
DS > always bites them on the a.s.
LK > Always?
DS > Yes.
http://groups.google.com/group/alt.support.child-protective-services/msg/409979f
d34baec80

Please prove this claim…
DS > You asked me to post messages from people who acknowledged my
help.
DS > And that's exactly what I did.

When what you were clearly asked for was….

LK > What proof do you have of this?  If you're going to tell me it's
all
LK > in the archives, then provide the links to where all of these
people
LK > said, "Oh thank you Dan, I couldn't have done it without you."
http://groups.google.com/group/alt.support.child-protective-services/msg/dd8fa01
24ba2c35f

specifically notice where I said all

Regarding

DS > I have helped get many, many children back to their parents.
LK > How many exactly?
DS > More than 40.
LK > How did you do it?
DS > By knowing the system better than the people in the system.
http://groups.google.com/group/alt.support.child-protective-services/msg/dd8fa01
24ba2c35f

Which I must still ask you, Dan Sullivan, to prove as you have so far
failed to do so.

Also, would you, Dan Sullivan, Please prove this claim…
DS > I do NOT have complete knowledge of how CPS is supposed to
function.
DS > But I do know more about the system than the people in it.
http://groups.google.com/group/alt.support.child-protective-services/msg/d1f8ae5
1894eab5f

Please prove this claim….
DS > What you fail to recognize, greg, is that I never did anything
DS > inappropriate, proven by the fact that CPS never found any
evidence of
DS > abuse or neglect.
http://groups.google.com/group/alt.support.child-protective-services/msg/4cd69d3
7c342faf7

Please prove this claim...
DS > But the advice I dispense is extremely effective in getting
children
DS > back to their parents from CPS custody..

You didn't post any "indisputable proof."

All you did was complain that you weren't satisfied with my answers to your
questions.

Life is full of disappointments.

Get used to it.

The judicial system has been "dumbed down"
to enable incompetent caseworkers to
overcome the guarantees in the Bill Of Rights.

They can horribly break their own rules
and regulations and the court does
not hold them accountable.

The court does NOT force them to
follow their own rules and regulations,
commonly using the excuse that safety
of the child is paramount.

One famous example of this recently is the
Polygamist case in TX, where CPS went to
a Judge having nothing but a phone call report
from a "Sarah" who they knew does not exist
and they knew was a woman with a long
history of prank calls.

The uprooting of all of those families was
based on what amounts to a prank call.

Even though this is known, rather than stop
and reverse course, the court has moved
forward declaring that the court and
caseworkers had acted on the call "in good faith".

The "fruit of the poison tree" logic is
not being applied.

In other words, the ends justify any means
and to hell with the Bill Of Rights in the
US Constitution.

All that crap has nothing to do with me.

You said that "their failure to comply with their own rules
and regulations always bites them on the a.s", didn't you Dan?

How would that happen in a system "dumbed down"
so morons could "make cases"?

What Judge wants caseworkers stupidity
to "bite[] them on the a.s" ?

Yes.

I don't care who "makes cases," if they fail to comply with their own
rules, regulations, policies or procedures, I will use it against
them.

???

DS
> Yes.

You said "always" which most people realize is false.

It's like saying the right thing always happens.
Reality proves otherwise.
It would be heavenly if the devil always lost.

If you are allowed to.

Well, You are in one of the original 13 colonies which
have a stronger state constitution since they actually
experienced the tyranny of the crown.

Is it possible that your state's constitutional
protection of families is stronger than in most
other (post colonies) states?

When I was in court last time I was prevented
from cross examining certain materials and
even prevented from cross examining many
witnesses.  My attorney informed me that
had I not won, blocking cross examination
of those documents and people would have
been SERIOUS grounds for appeal.

My attorney (2nd chair) was actually amazed
that the Judge prevented those witnesses
because they were pertinent and even if they
had not been pertinent, the Judge can't decide
that before the witnesses testify.
The restrictions were blatantly illegal
and prevented me from embarassing
CPS and their court even worse than I did.

G > What Judge wants caseworkers stupidity
G > to "bite[] them on the a.s" ?

DS > ???

I watched a Judge ROLL HIS EYES about
the blatantly BS and malicious story a
caseworker told in court.  Yet he did not
start perjury proceedings or chastise
the caseworker.

From my standpoint, the real world court
is so far from "as advertised" in my old
high school civics classes that it's
treasonous.

The subject of the discussion between myself and LK that precipitated
that particular response of mine was my advice and how I deal with
CPS.

I was NOT making a general statement.

Well, as usual, you lose again, greg.

You took my words out of context to make me look foolish and you only
made yourself look foolish!!

Either it comes up in an Ad Review, a Fair Hearing or Court... or any
number of other ways.

You found a history book in a dumpster?
