So would gettting a flu vaccine prevent falling?
If you got the flu vaccine, you would not need Tamiflu (because you wouldn't
get the flu)... and therefore you would not fall. Right?

Pharma Moron alert!
Flu vaccine is just another hoax http://www.whale.to/vaccines/flu.html
like Tamiflu and the whole pharma hoax
"Medications are palliatives. They are not designed to cure the
degenerative diseases of the body."----F. Batmanghelidj, M.D.
"For every drug that benefits a patient, there is a natural substance
that can achieve the same effect." - Pfeiffer's Law
"My opinion, however, is that they (herbs) are superior 95% of the time
to any pharmaceutical drug!"---Willner, M.D.
"The pharmaceutical "business with disease" is the largest deception
and fraud business in human history. The product "health" promised by
drug companies is not delivered to millions of patients. Instead, the
"products" most often delivered are the opposite: new diseases and
frequently, death."--Dr Rath MD

Actually, a look at the newspaper this morning showed that Tamiflu was being
given to about 2/3 of the population of Japan. Basically the things that
happened to these kids would have happened anyway, with or without any kind
of prescription:
http://www.boston.com/business/healthcare/articles/2005/11/18/officials_review_d
eaths_of_kids_who_took_flu_drug/
It was given to over 11 MILLION children in Japan.
How tight is that foil hat?

Bird flu scare reaps first profits

You do understand that Japan and China are two different countries... right?

John sees maps as a form of conspiracy.

..and we wonder why bird flu is becoming resistant to Tamiflu?

Hmmmm... I thought that is was Chinese poultry farmers giving their flocks
antivirals. Something I heard on NPR. Pretty much making sure the avian
flu would be resistent. I can't find it, though I did find this:
http://www.cdc.gov/flu/avian/gen-info/facts.htm
I did not think that the influenza in Japan was avian... though it seems
they are really pushing the Tamiflu, just because.

My understanding is that the Japs are worried that it wasn't so much a fall
as a jump.
