Better manners. That's all the offenders need. Respect for the intended
content of the board...not abused as an outlet to test drive their
writing skills or sharing of their personal lives because they have no

Offenders?  Test drive their writing skills?  Sharing their personal lives?
This Usenet cop activity was started because someone posted a link and
nothing but a link.  If one is looking for a forum where there are rules,
one might look to a moderated group.
