Are we the main reason for our children's obesity. > > http://digg.com/d1jq9J wow, that's one of the biggest DUH! articles i've read in a long time. of course kids eat what the parents eat & most parents are at least a generation or two away from knowing good food & how to prepare it... inner city/poverty level families are pretty much forced to eat crap because the calorie dense, nutrition deficit foods are all they can get or afford. the food industry in the US needs as much of an overhaul as the health care industry.
