Trying to keep track of my calories. Now to figure out how much I can allow
myself for dinner without blowing the day.

I guess it's not what you take when you leave this world behind you,
It's what you leave behind you when you go.

Good for you Tori. Are you following a program or just counting calories at
this time? It's good to count calories for a while so you develop an
awareness of how many you really are eating. I know it's really hard, trust
me I do but you can do it. Have you starting any type of exercise yet? Even
just a short walk will make you feel so much better and give you motivation.
Good luck.

Just doing the calorie thing with a goal of about 1800-2000 cals a day. I
did some strength stuff yesterday and today I am going to do some heavy
cleaning (kids room) It is raining so no walk.
