Just found out an old ex girlfriend is engaged to a man (50) who is still waiting to finalize his divorce! How the hell is that possible? ha! It is only illegal to marry someone who is already married. Engagement to someone who is in the process of divorce, no matter how ill-advised that is, is not illegal. I would have some serious questions for anyone who was in the divorce process that attempted to make a commitment to another person before getting their head screwed on straight - but that is just me.
