Gotta take a break for a while. I was going to just unsubsribe for a bit.
But you guys are cool. So I wanted you to know I am splitting for a bit.
In particular I want to apologize to you Bill for calling you a turkey. I
don't like a lot of what you do when you attack folks' character. But you
can be a good guy and calling you a turkey was uncalled for and mean.
Things are going pretty much less than well around here. None of it is
marital. Marriage is peachy, in fact the main thing that keeps me walking on
the hairy edge of sane. The kids are healthy and well. It would be legally
unwise to discuss the nature of my issues since it would not be too hard to
figure out who I am, since I put my website up at one point!
ANyway check back later if my brain ever comes back.

Alt support marriage is very similar to an addiction :-)
I've left many times over the last 9, 10 years, only to return to say
hello, yet got stuck in the muck, repreatedly. There's something
about this place; not sure what it is. And talk about CHANGE!!!! How
this place used to be versus how it is now; NIGHT and DAY. It used to
be like CHEERS...you know that tv show? The same folks, parking their
butts on the barstool and talking about life, problems, having fun,
etc. There's still some of that here, as long as you can wade through
the muck, and stay focused. I've gotten off-track a few times myself
and sometimes that's my mind's way of telling me it's time for an ASM
break.
Stephanie...if you're still reading this; please email me if you want
to chat. I'll miss your spirited posts!

I am not surprised. Even though, the subject is different, the behavior
compared to those addicted to porn; or as in my case - golf, is the
same:) Fortunatly for me, my wife has the same golf addiction. <g>

If you haven't buggered out yet, I just want to say that I'm sorry
things are less than well, and hope things look better soon!

But in a global societal context, usually. And not usually "at" a person,
meaning, "personal attacks" (unless provoked), at least as far as I recall.
Well, except for one or two basket cases that pop up in here, on occasion..
:-)

Thank you for that.
Actually, I was quite surprised to see this post from you, since I know you
normally don't see me.
What I find somewhat ironic is that we have some similar views on child
rearing and accountability, at least from what you've related about what
you've experienced, at the child care thing.

Well, I'm sorry to hear that, Stephanie.

Hopefully you will get in a better state soon, Stephanie, whatever it is
that is not going well for you.

I miss you already, Stephanie! I hope things work out well for you.
All the very best to you and yours,

This is very sad news. Tai expressed my feelings: "I miss you already,
Stephanie!"
Considering all of the people you've helped, I wish we could be helpful
to you.
Peace be with you.
Michael

No, no, no! It's not the newsgroup, it's just the world ... that's the
problem.

Hi! I know someone named Stephanie!!!! It's funny to judge
situations when you're doing things that are well, like your doing.
