One thing that has helped me to break porno addiction is to make sure
you install a filter on every computer you use. Google for NetNanny
and OptenetPC. It really is a basic safeguard you need to have.

It's well documented that addiction to porn exists and can have strongly
negative effects on relationships.

The best thing to do is to get thee to a therapist, porn addicts group
or 12 step program.

I met a guy on line that was afflicted with the same problem you
describe.  According to him, his cure came when everyday he started
making a or 3 minute video using his digital camera and then posting
it in one of the websites above. He apparently has even gotten very
creative. He use all kinds of gadgets to masturbate. Not only that, he
is apparently making money in the process. Recently, he met up with
another person in the same website, and they are now making
pornography together. According to him his pornographic addiction is a
thing of the past.  He has gone from being a consumer of pornography,
to being an active participant in its creation.
