"hi there all!

i am creating a book that will be named something along the lines of
"Simple Baby Recipes & weaning Advice."

It is purely in the research stages at present. The inspiration for
this was when i came to wean my baby (now 15 months) i hit i brick
wall when it came to home made recipes. maybe it is because i am thick
and young ! but i just didnt know where to start.

so i have come up with this idea to publish a book containing not
recipes from the internet etc but tried and tested home cook recipes
from mums and dads. My aim is to fill half the book with said recipes
and the other with general advice on food and eating for babies and
children.

Soo.. i have joined this group to ask if anyone has any particular
recipes that they have used and dfound to be successful that i could
put into my book. all recipes submitted (subject to the response i
get!) will be tested out by myself or friends and family with babies.
if they meet the criteria we are after i will put them in with your
name printed so you take the credit!

if anyone is interested in this or just purely would like more info on
this book when it is complete, please can you email me at
baby_recipes@hotmail.co.uk. even if it is to just give me feedback on
my idea (good or bad!)

Thank you in anticipation

Yes, for young babies, put random food (by random, that means peas, carrots,
meats, beans, whatever) into water and boil until soft.  Mush it up, toss it
in the blender, food processor or chopper and voila.  There's a simple and
easy food recipe to make.
For older babies, make supper as usual.  Take out a small portion and chop
it only until still chunky, but not huge chunks.  Serve. Another simple and
easy food recipe, kinda.
For toddlers (or just before the 'toddler' years) the same applies.  Supper
as usual, but take out as much as they'll eat and just cut it into pieces
big enough for finger food or what can be easily managed on a spoon or fork
(depending on age) and again, serve.
