I live in northwestern South Carolina and it's snowing! We have over
an inch. I did not think it would stick and after about a quarter inch
I had to call around to find a store that was open and sold gloves. I
finally got lucky and went and bought my 5 year old some gloves so she
could play and have fun in it. Socks just weren't working lol This is
her first "deep" snow! It's so beautiful!

Have fun!  I'll send our snow your way next time we get over a foot of
it ;-)

Oh I would love that! For now the weather channel is predicting snow
for Saturday also. Snow is a rarity here and the schools are closed.
My husband said the roads weren't even bad this morning when he drove
to work.

We're supposed to have temps in the low teens this weekend.  Want some
of that too?  ;-)

It is a funny sight to behold.  Being from the north and seeing the
reactions of the southern folk when snow is even predicted, well it is
funny.

Yay I'm funny! I did figure out why people buy up all the milk at the
first mention of snow- Hot Chocolate! Don't know about bread though.
Snow sandwiches, maybe?
We got over an inch, it was so much fun. It was great. It snowed
yesterday for hours also but it melted as soon as it hit the ground.

Glad you had a good time :-)
It's been too cold to snow here.

My in-laws live in Alabama, but moved from Washington State so they've
seen a lot of snow and cold.  FIL loves to tease their neighbors if
they get any snow.

Enjoy!
We didn't have proper snow all winter this year, and with temps around
ten degrees plus its not very likely currently. But I fear we still may
get a taste of it in February or March.
