I won't mention how many we have collectively <G>

But I was poking around on ebay yesterday, looking at what the charms
are going for.  It's almost impossible to find charms anywhere other
than ebay.  I have a local source but she's almost sold out of her
inventory.  I pop in every so often and buy a few, thinking I might be
able to complete a set.

Imagine my surprise when I noticed the Unicorn charm selling for
around $50 on ebay, and I have one!  Guess who got in gear and listed
it for sale <G>

I'm simply amazed at what people are willing to spend on these!

LOLOL!!!
The pug, black lab and unicorn seem to be the popular ones right now.
There's also a kinzcash coin charm that I've seen bid up to $150.
I got $45 for the unicorn.  Not a bad return on an investment of $3,
eh?

At first I was going to chide you for selling a treasure,
but looking back at how fast the Beanie Babies craze
expanded and died, I guess you are right to sell for a good
price.

Nah, we buy them and actually play with them.  E has had the whole set
of charms for quite a while.  I was buying them here and there to get
a set for myself, but I wasn't going to pass up the chance to get some
extra cash for one <G>
They're supposedly coming back, but who knows.  If they do, I'll try
the charm forest then.
