I just love the pronunciation of words by 2-year-olds.

Slippers = Bippert according to Joshua
Slippers = Tippert according to Katerina

:-)

I am still working on getting them both to say the 'L' in Clock but they
keep saying it without the "L".

It gets a bit embarrassing in a store when they see a clock and start
shouting the word. LOL! :-D

When my oldest nephew was very young he did something that started that fake
whiney cry kids sometimes use.  My sister started calling him "faker".
Needless we quickly changed it to phoney.  8-0

LOL
My little sister was like that. She would say d's instead of b's. When we
got our puppies (this was like 12 years ago!) We named them Frodo and
Bilbo... remember that she can't say B's.....

His name is now Gimli.

LOL!  Hmmm learning one "toddler language" was hard, it must be doubly
hard to learn two :-)

But I have to say that now as DS starts to say each word correctly, it's
a little bit sad.  Today he said "lemonade" instead on what sounds more
like "emwayn".  Sigh.  I *asked* him to stop growing up so fast...

Take care,
Lisa
