My mom stopped by to take Z to the store and give me a few moments of mommy
time.  I just wanted to say that I'm sorry for not being around much or
posting as much as I should....There's  loads going on here.  Fight with
doctors on my foot and I feel like I'm losing my mind half the time....So
what are all of Y'uns doing today?

Probably going to the zoo, if dgd wakes up.  She was up late last
night, talking to her animals in her bed <g>

She got up too late, so the zoo will be rescheduled.  Went
to Petsmart instead and looked at the fish, kitties, birds and
lizards.  <bg>

We just got home from the laywers office...there is some bad stuff going on. On
the way home, my mommy took the keets to the petstore and we adopted a Chinese
Dwarf Hamster. I've spent an hour getting "elephant" or maybe "yu-gi-oh" or
maybe "giraffe" set up in his new digs...complete with hamster wheel, car bed,
treats and exercise ball. Now he has burried himself in the fluff at the the
bottom and is hiding. The boys don't understand....lol its been a funny couple
of hours. Just what we needed to take our minds off the yucky stuff of the
morning

Chauffeured dd1 to preschool and will pick her up in 45 min.  Cuddled
dd2 until she fell asleep, and am getting ready to wash the dishes and
pick up the living room.  Gotta work tonight.

Good that you have some time to yourself Shelly. I hope things get
better for you really soon!

It's after 11pm here, and I plan to have somewhat of an early night.
Tomorrow I have a play date with my nephew and niece :-). I'm sure it
will be lovely, but I know I will be very tired when I get home.

I hope you enjoyed your time - dont apologise for not being around, life
can rather take over!

This morning I spent lots of time sorting out this weeks craft club -
cutting out templates, all done now. I had some emails to write from
last nights meeting. I took photos of a rather dangerous part of our
(and many others) school walk where we have to walk under a bridge
beside a canal and there is a huge broken gap in the fence so even a
minor wobble in walking by a kid could earn them an unexpected dip. I
sent them off to the council (defensive mode - this part didnt take long
and really needed doing). I cleaned the fridge and wrote the weeks
shopping list.

Then I stopped :)))))))) I did cross stitch, we went to a friends for a
nice, gentle unexpected playdate. We had dinner, I had a bath then I
watched my most favourite program and stitched some more. Hooray for a
gentle ending :)

night night!
