Sorry for the continuous x-posting, I don't like it either, but I really
am running out of time today...
Anywho, things looked fantastic today! I am exactly 11w along, both bubs
measured 11w spot on. Hearbeats were 160 and 163 (girls?), and the were
waving and moving, especially when she pushed the sensor into my belly.
The cervix is a nice long 4cm, the uterus measures 14w. Now I realize why
I couldn't feel it: it's way higher than where I was feeling...
And now I'm convinced that the fluttering I feel at night is indeed the
babies. It's in exactly the right spot, and feels exactly like DS's first
movements, which were also early (14 or 15w, the midwife didn't believe me).
All tests came back OK, I gained a good 3lb, BP and all looks fine. I'm
clear to go another 2 weeks, and then go back for another visit.
Each visit still makes me anxious, but I'm getting through it really well.
Next week I will stop taking progesterone, that's an exciting point and I
am a bit scared, but I talked to the OB about it, and that settled my
worries. After the visit I still have the feeling that this is all a
dream. Such wonder, such joy, such a blessing, I have no words for it.

Don't be too sure of the kiddos arriving earlier. I know two women that
had twins. One was induced at 42 weeks, the other one gave birth in her
40th week :-).

Feeling movements make everything so much more real. You are lucky to
be feeling them so early.

Yay Ilse.
Hopefully that fluttering will get more and more every day as they get
bigger and you'll have an inbuilt reassurance that all is OK :)
