What kinds of things do you like to do? THere are so many videos out
there - but what you consider "fun" I may not, and what I consider fun
you may not.
My most favorite exercise, which I find extremely fun and enjoyable is
s*x. A great lower ab workout is to be on the bottom, legs in the
air, and move. :-) Totally awesome for the lower abs. Do this
for 20 mins 3 to 4 times a week and you'll notice increased strength
in your lower abs in no time. This will help "hold in" the lower
tummy naturally The exercise in conjunction with a lower calorie
intake will burn the fat. You can't "spot reduce" the fat on your
belly - but as you burn fat from around your body, eventually the
extra on your lower belly will diminish. Combined with the new
strength from the lower ab workout - you'll look great.
A great exercise that involves your kids - Do "Superman" with them.
Lay on your back, knees up, feet on the floor. Have your little one
come up to your legs and rest against them. Pick the little one up
with the legs and "fly" them in the air by lifting your knees up to
your chest and slowly raising your lower back up off the floor.
As for Videos - Check out Denise Austin (she has her own website)
She has all kinds of videos for different types of workouts - from
aerobics to weights to pilates to working out while pregnant. She
may even have one for working out with kids.
