gushing mummy moment

sorry about being a 'gushing mummy' but I really wanted to share this
with someone. I thought it was cute.

Id been reading some simple poetry to K this afternoon and she decided
to try her hand at some after by herself to read to me.
(Ive put the correct spellings in in case its hard to decipher!)

The Sun is so goldin (golden)

The sun is so goldin
apelles (apples) are so crunchy
I love it all (written in big letters!!)

Choclit (chocolate) is so sweet
donte (don't) you think I am to

ok, I know its not Wordsworth but I love it for a first poem :)

I love it :-). Do tell her her cyber auntie in the Netherlands thinks
she's *at least* as sweet as chocolate (and I *love* chocolate ;-) ).

That really is a great poem Sarah! A great deal of smarts in her use of
