As I reported a while ago DD loves football. Now I can't say if I could call her
a starter. Coach loves bit guys and she is a little girl but she does well so
how it lately wound up is that the guy in her position starts - so he is the
starter and she gets to play quarters 2, 3 and 4 cause she is better. Anyway -
her take is "as long as I get a lot of playing time I don't care what I am
called."

She does and she loves the game. Like there was that kickoff. She stayed in her
lane which was on the other side of the field to where the ball was kicked. She
just put her shoulder down and leveled on of the other teams players. So one of
her teammates said - "great hit - but why this was a mile away from the ball."
She replied. "First I just wanted to hit someone and then he just might play a
little scared the next couple of downs and make it easier for one of us -
whoever happens to face him." Coach loved it. (He was the one who told me that)
