I tell you in this town the roads are so narrow and the parking lots are so squished it won't be long before I hit a pole I'm sure. I'm not surprised there are intersections marked "Dangerous" here! Sorry to hear it. But they do, you know. Most European manufacturers design the bumpers to withstand low speed impacts by absorbing and bouncing back. When I was with the BBC, the Saab drivers used to make sure their cars were parked properly by bouncing them off the dividers. So dh suggested I did the driving today over to a city about 20 miles away. I was convinced I was going to make all sorts of mistakes, stall the car etc. Apart from the final inner city bit (which is a pig even for experienced drivers) which dh did I did it - without problems - yay!
