It's blowing like crazy though and it looks like it's raining leaves. So beautiful! Need Rangers recipe for later... pass it on! But it's blowing like crazy and the wind is cold so we're inside. I'm finishing up the girl's Halloween costumes and catching up on housework. It seemed quite warm and humid but very grey sky. We had Ks homemade pizza tonight. Use ready made pesto instead of tomato sauce stuff, put on any toppings fancy, top with cheddar cheese and put in hot oven for 20 mins. It is cold alternating bleeding hot day by day here, so it is hard to decide about dinner before midmorning. I also make two - a round one for us, and a large square one which I divide up into 4 - 5 small cakes for friends - enough to have a Xmas slice without having it hang around. Although ours never makes it to New Year, lol. It is always a good feeling that Xmas is coming, or more the long holidays. Marc |
