Remove the temptation to download porn. Do you have an internet filter
or something that protects your computer?

Download NetNanny or go to optenetpc.com and download Optenet
PC.Change the password to something random or have someone else do it
so you won't be able to break the filter.

Instead of downloading and masturbating, download while having you wife or
g/f blow you and suck your balls; that's never time wasted, and voila, not
