Hello all,

Was the The Bradley Method class helpful?
We do have an option to take it, and I was wondering if any of you have
taken it and could share the experience.
Thanks in advance.

I didn't do a class, just used the book to learn the method and it was
*very* useful.  I went drug-free
with 2 of my 3 births.

It appears that Bradley has a better track
record of helping people achieve lower intervention births
than several other popular methods.  Some people find the
classes very helpful, while others seem to do well with
just the book.  Seems like most people who take the classes
get something out of them and enjoy the camaraderie.  Of
course, I'm sure some of that depends on the quality of the
teacher, though it seems that Bradley is more strict with
certification than some other methods so one presumes that quality
should be more consistent across providers.

Best wishes,
Ericka
