Yes, good families have been falsely accused.  CPS is an overburdened
system where funding often makes it impossible to hire qualified social
workers, and where funding often requires even the most highly trained
individuals to handle case loads that far exceed what is possible for
making informed decisions.  Guess you'd vote for more funding for these
organizations, since you are so concerned about mistakes that result in
good families being falsely accused of harming their children?
