ARLA is a not for profit organization is dedicated to eliminating "System
Abuse". Please review our website at http://www.angelfire.com/ga4/justice/ It
is possible that we will be court ordered to take it down soon.
We pray that it will not happen, but we simply do not know at this time. We
have been trying to get ACLU or anyone else step in to help. At this point, it
does not look good. If we are still updating the site at the end of November,
we will have survived.
Seems that we are "stirring up too much sh__" according to DFACS. The children
and grandchildren of the grandparents that started the site are being punished
by the juvenile court in Pike County, Georgia, USA. These children are not
allowed to see their grandparents until the site is removed. This is a
violation of the grandparent's right to free speech and the children's right to
their family based on the UN's Declaration of Basic Human Rights. This is
exactly the type of system abuse about which the site is talking.
If the site has to come down, we would like as many copies on the web as
possible. If you would like to copy the section on Local Child Welfare Issues,
please feel free to do so. Just please give the proper credits please. Since
our PC may also be taken, we do not risk having the backup copy there.
Charles O'Neill is the local "Child Advocate", who appeared to have put his own
children in danger.
Susan Boggs, who was slapped on the wrist by the US Federal Government in 1997
for child abuse (http://www.usdoj.gov/crt/split/documents/gajuvfind.htm) is
Georgia's DFACS Supervisor of the Year"
Amanda Yates is the social worker involved.
We at ARLA are disabled grandparents from Pike County, GA. We had to use a site
like Angelfire because it was free. We have yet learned to turn this into a
self supporting organization.
ARLA is the first initials of our grandchildren abused by the system. On-line
it stands for Advocates for Rights and Liberties of America.
We felt that it would be better to take a positive approach to child abuse. We
are not fighting "Child Protection" per se. We know well that child abuse must
be stopped, BUT not by causing MORE abuse... to the child and to the relatives
that care for them. Thus, we coined or used the phrase "system abuse". The
psychological from family and sibling splitting, the physical suffered in
foster homes, and forced accusations from over-zealous social wreckers
This pro-active approach seems to be stirring things up very well.
We support and will participate in AFRA's Shock and Awe Campaign in December.
Note: If anyone knows of another more secure free or donated location for the
website please advise at ganerd@excite.com, ganerd@iwon.com, or
ganerd@lycos.com .
Thanks for your support and prayers,
Stephen Johnson
President of "Advocates for Rights and Liberties of America".

You are concerned that California child protection is not active enough
in protecting chilren, and now you are concerned that Georgia is too active?
Where are your children, Fern?
