Much to my surprise, stepdaughter, "husband", and baby are doing pretty
well. Been over two months since she moved out, and has since gotten a
better job. Been paying all their bills, and still together, and NOT on
welfare.

STILL cleaning her old room, but hey.....  the tradeoff is worth it!

Oh, and my wife is 100% behind my decision. I must admit that I am pretty
hard core when it comes to the issue I was faced with. Although I still
disagree with most of the advice I found here, I have to say thanks anyway,
because it encouraged me to be just a bit more lenient thus maintaining the
peace. In fact, if things go south for them, I might even consider a
temporary stay in my home until things improve.        :)
