Hello!

I thought I'd drop in to say Hello to any of you who are still reading
here..

There have been a ton of changes in my life the last year, son moved out on
his own, still in college, though.. sold my house, rented another in town
as I had to have surgery.. got through surgery & recovery quite well,
feeling great.. got engaged.. rental house was sold three weeks ago, laid
off of work as of yesterday and next Saturday I'm finally moving to VT! :)

Wedding is in October. Hard to believe after *all* this time that it's all
finally happening! :)

As of October, I'll actually BE a SM, though they're both adults, one
living in the midwest and one living in a foreign country.. both like me
pretty well it seems and I think they're both pretty fantastic young women
so it's good!

Congratulations on the wedding!! And double congrats on the soon to be SD's
liking you and being perfect they are already adults. No teenage angst to
worry about. whew!!

Hey, Calliope! Lots of water under the bridge, eh? How's Melonhead and the

Excellent. You wouldn't think it, but grown stepkids can be just as
recalcitrant as younger kids. I'm glad that they are friendly.

How are your kids doing? Is their relationship with their dad getting better
as they get older, or is Melonhead still being a bitch?
