Actually, yes, we have had the same problem. Our babies are on the
concentrate formula to supplement breast feedings, and we find the same
problem with the stools. I am not sure why this happens, so I don't
have answers for you....but you are not alone.

I actually remember (almost 10 years ago), that we couldn't use powder
formula (we too supplemented breast feedings), as the babies got a whole lot
more gas and discomfort from the powder as opposed to the concentrate.

I just took a quick peek at the group after being gone for almost a year.
This post might have saved my sanity when my boys were born. We used the
powder and they had TERRIBLE gas trouble. I never associated that and never
tried the concentrate. We switched to soy and all was well.
Oh, the value of hindsight!
