How did it get to be early December? I am so far behind, it's not even
funny. Work is hell and I haven't even started my Christmas shopping. Who's
got the URL for a time machine? I need a couple of extra weekends to get my
twins at least a few of the things on their lists, plus earn extra money
and maybe have a moment for myself to take a nap.

No Time Machine, sorry. Although I think it's cute that you would use it
for napping. No wonder with twins and all. You probably haven't had a
wink of sleep since they were born.
I can at least recommend a Time Saving Machine called a roomba. It does
the vacuuming, so that creates time in a sense.

Hang in there. Eventually the kids will get older and they can mow the
lawn!
