Just wondering if anyone has experience with having twins first then
breastfeeding new baby.  Im a little concerned as to how I am going to keep
my 3year old twins (one with an autism disorder) entertained while I
breastfeed the new baby.  I am due in 10 weeks.

I had the opposite problem, entertaining one three year old while
nursing two infants.  I am sure it is not the same but, similar.  We
would do puzzles on the couch while I was nursing.  And she really
enjoyed helping, so it was her special job to go get the phone if it
rang while I was nursing.  She also loved taking part in it, she would
hold the burp cloth and wipe up the spit up if there was any.  I would
let them be involved if they are interested.  However I wouldn't insist
they help either, if they show no interest, maybe you could have a
"special box of fun" they get to take out every time you are nursing.
You could fill it with puzzles, maybe a disc player with headphones
with their favorite CD's and coloring books and markers ( I LOVE the
crayola color wonder markers)... just a few ideas.
GOOD LUCK!!!

Kimberly
